Time to get creative. These miniature oreo books are a cute topping for some book themed mini cheesecakes using using easy to find items. Open the Oreo cookie and with a serrated knife carefully cut each half into squares. Don't get frustrated, you are definitely going to lose a few halves in the process. Reassemble the cookie so it looks like an open book. The cookie is the book cover and the filling the pages. You can then take a toothpick or skewer of some sort to add definition to the pages of your Oreo book. A tasty read for the top of your miniature desserts.
